　　Assign work activities and monitor group activitiesInstruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirementsMonitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and suppliesOversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programsManage inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliationAssist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performanceWhat youll need to excel:At a minimum, youll need:

　　2 years of experience in a supervisory roleExperience with Microsoft OfficeItd be great if you also have:

　　Bachelors degree or equivalent related work or military experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong math skills and solid analytical abilityOutstanding interpersonal and leadership skillsThis job requires the ability to:
