Role: Supervisor, Financial Business Partnering

　　The successful candidate will provide financial analysis to Operational & Finance management on the financial performance of a portfolio of work within the newly formed ICON Operation Delivery Division (IOD).

　　You will use strong analysis skills and build relationships with internal stakeholders, to develop a deep understanding of the IOD portfolio:

　　Partner with the operations VP, supporting revenue and margin growth

　　Preparation and presentation of monthly financial reporting packages for operations with insightful and action orientated commentary

　　Lead the departmental preparation of monthly financial forecasts and variance analysis

　　Support the departmental preparation of annual budgets

　　Identification of key Revenue and Margin drivers within the portfolio

　　Support financial modelling and metrics for Investment Business Cases

　　Support the preparation of ad-hoc management presentations

　　Experience, skills & knowledge requirements for this role are:

　　Solid academic record and strong quantitative skills (Qualified Financial Professional ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

　　3+ years prior relevant experience in financial analysis or financial planning and analysis

　　Analytically minded, seeks out problem solving opportunities

　　Effective interpersonal skills (verbal and written) to communicate with peers, managers and Business Lead executives.

　　Eagerness to learn and develop as an ICON employee and member of the Clinical Research Industry.

　　Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
