PositionOverview The Supervisor, Executive Technical Support is an opportunityfor an individual to obtain hands-on experience in a dynamicenvironment. This is a people management, technical role withexceptional interpersonal skills. This role will be responsible forresponding to operational break/fix escalations and personnelrequests/issues. This role will also coach Executive Technical SupportAnalysts through new and routine tasks and manage day-to-day executivesupport operations to ensure timely response to incidents and tasks.Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Provideexecutive-level technical support with a heavy emphasis on \'WhiteGlove\' service delivery with excellent customer service and methodicaltroubleshooting of IT-related problems for Executive members; including,but not limited to, software/hardware, such as mobile phones, laptops,PCs, and printers. Strong organizational and time-management skills,with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Provide Audio and Visual support and training for all onsite conferencerooms, including support for Executive meetings, presentation setup, andvideoconferencing. Make house calls to assist Executives with homeoffice, networking, AV implementation, and other technical setup. Workwith Executive Assistants to support IT initiatives for Executive needs,including travel and other offsite engagements. Serve as an escalationpoint for all executive support analysts. Empower team members withskills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communicationskills. Perform extended or complex troubleshooting and participate inroot cause analysis. Make decisions based on existing processes withattention to side effects and downstream effects; suggest modificationsto process with a focus on user experience. Stay informed of technologyindustry trends and solutions with the ability to analyze for possibleapplications at Exact Sciences.
