Description:

　　•Assembly of electrical components and complex wiring layouts into an Enclosure

　　•Assembles and lay out components on a system according to the design specifications

　　•Wires and routes cable harnesses in an electrical cabinet as per the wiring schematic

　　•Hand wiring may be required in some cabinets

　　•Verifies and troubleshoots panel boards using a multi-meter to verify continuity

　　•Uses various hand tools, torque tools, screwdrivers, crimpers, cutters and wire strippers

　　•Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, rivets or other fasteners

　　•Communicate with the Engineers to clarify any issues or relay any corrections or changes to the electrical design

　　•Responsible for updating shop folder with assembly and test data

　　•Maintains, organizes, and cleans work area compliant with 5S Standards

　　•Overtime may be required for short term or long term duration, as business needs mandate

　　•Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as required

　　Electrical, Assembly, schematics

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　•Aptitude to read schematics and blueprints required

　　•Demonstrated mechanical ability

　　•Prior experience in a "technician" role

　　•Possess good communication skills and an ability to adapt to changing situations

　　•Ability to perform job to safety, quality and delivery expectations
