Activities:

　　Production control: Productivity monitoring, downtime in the area, daily, weekly and monthly reports of the area.

　　Present overall OEE results to management.

　　Resolution of problems within the department.

　　Root cause analysis of rejections.

　　Develop multidisciplinary teams to increase staff knowledge.

　　Use of lean Manufacturing in production cells.

　　Payroll incident management

　　Continuous improvement in production cells

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor's degree completed.

　　Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Manager or Supervisor.

　　Intermediate excel

　　Minimum 30 people in charge

　　Knowledge and application of 5's

　　Internal work regulations

　　Payroll incidents

　　Production indicators (Productivity, efficiency, Scrap, downtime, etc.)

　　Experience in cable extrusion desirable.
