Description Service Coordinator
We are hiring a Service Coordinator for an established and growing company in the DTC.
Responsibilities:
-- Receive incoming work orders via telephone/email and ascertain nature/location and prioritize level of urgency
-- Work with residents in resolving initial problems before dispatching
-- Dispatch necessary personnel and equipment for incidents
-- Maintain detailed and accurate records and daily logs of department activities
-- Data entry and upkeep of records
-- Close work orders as they are completed
-- Follow up with residents to ensure work order was completed
-- Additional projects as needed
Requirements:
-- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites including Excel
-- Experience supporting team projects
-- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience or other related experience
-- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
-- Supply chain or procurement
-- Understanding of purchase orders preferred
-- Strong data entry experience
