This individual would be part of the current support group that is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Section's systems and reporting. The IIT Customer Contact Analysts perform a wide variety of tasks, including interacting with staff, researching, and presenting new metrics, leading system upgrades, and finding ways to enhance the customer experience. While supporting the IIT Customer Contact Section, they'll be working with staff and technologies under the Individual Income Tax Division, Department of Technology, Management and Budget, and other Treasury Divisions. Knowledge of Income Tax, Treasury systems and applications is desired.
