　　Main Tasks

　　Accounting & Reporting

　　Compliance of accounting guidelines and delivery of reports.

　　Implement Group & PRC Accounting Guidelines and ensure financial statements correctly reflect company's business and comply with IFRS and local GAAP. Responsible for timely and correct submission of company reporting package and local statutory reports.

　　Lead annual inventory stocktaking for engaged companies.

　　Month End and Year End Closing

　　Fully responsible for financial statements and closing activities monitoring. Work with Service Hub and team members to close the books accurately according to predetermined schedule.External Audits

　　Coordinate the group reporting audit and annual statutory audit and issue statutory report on time.Participation in Projects

　　Initiate and lead Finance Reporting projects, e.g. M&A, business carve-out, liquidation, integration to platform etc. Work closely with global and regional workstream on senior projects.Reporting Interface & Community

　　Actively communicate with stakeholders (e.g. General Manager/Site Controller, Regional/Country Business Controller) to keep updated of business changes.

　　Act as the key interface with local government for social credit reporting and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

　　Coordinate different teams within Finance community to provide professional finance insight, guidance and support to the business growth.

　　Provide support to Joint Ventures of latest accounting guideline changes and including best practice sharing.

　　Finance Internal Control

　　Deep understanding of Finance related internal control policies, ensure the awareness and compliance of the policy within companies in scope and continuously seek the improvement area.

　　Lead or support the implementation and update of relevant policies.

　　Initiate and lead projects to optimize Finance processes.

　　Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

　　Requirements:

　　Education

　　Bachelor/Master Degree.Working Experience

　　Minimum 6 years professional experience in Finance area. Big 4 working experience is a plus.Technical & Professional Knowledge:

　　Deep understanding of accounting regulations (IFRS and PRC) and Finance Reporting operations. Familiar with various processes relevant to Finance, e.g. O2C, P2P etc.. Good at customer relationship and stakeholder management.

　　Hands-on experience in Closing and Reporting process in SAP and SAP implementation experience is a plus.

　　Accounting Certificate and Medium-grade Professional Title. CPA and other professional certificate is a plus.
