　　Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Listen and effectively respond to the needs of the Resident Director and Area Marketing Manager

　　Continuously create and oversee new marketing projects and programs

　　Engage the campus community through effective marketing and exciting dining events

　　Effectively communicate through traditional media, digital channels and via social media

　　Proactively identify opportunities to nurture student relationships and grow sales

　　Creative in innovating promotions which achieve our sales goals

　　Work directly with managers to promote products to current and prospective customers

　　Recommend changes to increase the performance of overall marketing program

　　Provide outstanding customer service support to existing management; ensure all managers are made aware of marketing promotions

　　Closely monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the various marketing programs
