　　Under the general direction of the Patient Care Delivery Director, supervises and coordinates the patient care support staff. Develops and implements quality improvement programs; ensures efficient allocation and use of resources.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Graduate of an accredited LVN school of nursing.

　　Upon hire: California Licensed Vocational Nurse

　　2 years of Current medical office experience with references.

　　2 years of Nursing staff supervisory experience in a patient care delivery setting.
