Aon is Looking for a Supervisor, Client Advocacy in Chicago or New York City!
Our Facultative Reinsurance team is looking for a Supervisor to help lead our Property Client Advocate team in a hybrid role out of our Chicago or New York City office.
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Reinsurance Solutions line.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the technical analysis of client information
Evaluation of large client datasets to determine accuracy and credibility of underwriting/risk detail
Communication with client across large portion of their organization with a focus on Underwriting staff
Quality assurance data oversight within Aon’s systems
Collaborate with various supporting teams within our Reinsurance Solution such as premium, collections, client services and other divisions within Aon.
Accountability over account management support pre and post reinsurance placement, including
Prepare and analyze formal reinsurance submission materials
Creation and assistance with executive-facing presentations
Filing documentation and compliance adherence within Aon’s Sales Management system
Bordereau analysis and accounting preparation prior to Aon accounting invoice transmittal, and post invoicing oversight to assure accuracy
Reinsurer communication via the Special Acceptance process
Manage a team of Client Advocates within the same business group
Work with Operations leaders to work inside the Target Operating Model and across global Aon Operations and ABS initiatives.
Promote standardization and consistency across teams
Encourage, support and train team members through Aon’s learning resources
Delegate and supervise day-to-day work product of direct reports.
Provide regular feedback and oversee performance management process for direct reports .
Required Experience/Skills
Must have at least 10+ years of experience within the commercial insurance or reinsurance industry. Property experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point
Needs to be detail oriented and organized
Handle multiple projects/deadlines
Ability to prioritize workload
Self-starter – ability to take initiative.
Salary
The salary range is $110,000 - $125,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus and production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus and production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
