As a Project Manager you will take on challenging projectswith great clients, managing all aspects of projects from businessdevelopment, scope and fee development, staffing plan development,project oversight and execution, quality management, and financialperformance responsibilities. Specifically, this role will oversee thefollowing: Project Execution: Coordinate and lead all aspects of projectexecution including scope, work schedule, procurement and budgettracking, and preparing detailed project plans for submittal. Executeproject plan, monitor progress of assigned project team memberassignments and deliverables with respect to scope, schedule and budget,and if necessary, promptly adjust project plans to achieve projectgoals. Populate \"Deliverables Calendar\" with project specifieddeliverables/milestones (i.e. draft and final reports, designs,documents, workshops, public meetings etc.) When drafting project planand revise as necessary if the schedule is modified. Populate workloadplanning and tracking software( iAccess) with personnel and hoursrequired on a weekly basis to execute the project. Prepare for andconduct internal project kick off meetings. Prepare for and lead projectstatus meetings with project team and/or client, as required. Keepclient, project team, and firm management informed of changes in scope,schedule and/or budget. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timelyfashion if they arise during the project life cycle. Prepare projectpostmortem and manage project closure process, including archivingproject files in accordance with established procedures and preparationof a project description for marketing purpose.
