Manage overall general construction budgets andsafety programs while training personnel. Comprehend all designdocuments and review shop drawings. Assist project team with materialprocurement process and incorporate into master schedule. Establish andmonitor QC program. Value-engineer throughout projects. Make soundchoices and seek creative solutions to problems using all availableresources. Communicate and coordinate effectively with all project teammembers. Travel for projects as needed To be successful in this role,you must have least 10 years of experience in cold storage and/or food &beverage construction, along with post high school education orequivalent in the construction field, possess a valid driver\'s license,and must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test and subsequent randomtesting. You will really stand out if you: Have working knowledge of BIMand/or CAD and current building codes. Have previous experience creatingand managing a MS Project schedule, and familiarity with theconstruction market, especially with Senior Living and Hospitalityprojects. Are self-motivated and can supervise and work well with otherswhile fostering a positive and inclusive work space. Have the ability tospeak Spanish (a plus but not required).
