　　How you'll make an impact:

　　SiriusXM is looking for an organized and energetic intern who isn't intimidated by working with some of the biggest names in entertainment!

　　What you'll do:

　　Craft pitches to artist managers and label reps for promotional programming opportunities.

　　Ensure that all appropriate content is collected during guest visits.

　　Aid in facilitating promotion of social assets for SiriusXM features.

　　Planning and prioritizing artist features with managers & publicists.

　　Identify important upcoming releases and projects to target for outreach.

　　Facilitate internal scheduling logistics and artist materials.

　　Maintain legal and archival paperwork for the talent relations department.

　　Perform other duties as required.

　　What you'll need:

　　Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by May 2026 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship as well as broadcasting schools with one-year programs that provide certificates of completion.

　　Prior internship experience preferred.

　　Good project management and planning skills.

　　Good personnel management skills.

　　Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Ability to pay attention to details.

　　Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

　　Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.

　　Ability to maintain professionalism in high-stress situations.

　　Familiar with SiriusXM + Pandora programming.

　　Ability to lift and move equipment.

　　Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

　　Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

　　At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be $16/hr and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
