  Build innovative solutions in the new Enterprise-wide Finance Cloud systems with long term value.

  Create solutions with intelligence and customer focused (client first)

  Responsibilities of roles under different teams /function in DTS

  People, Legal, Risk & Compliance Technology

  HR Workday Junior Tester / Automation Analyst:

  learn to design, develop, test, and implement Workday integrations in addition to learning the HR/Payroll processes.

  Collaborate on Workday testing requirements and design with stakeholders and DTS HR team

  Analyze and translate business specifications and change requests into testing scenarios

  Carry out testing activities using automation wherever possible

  Learn about business processes, workflows, and modules in Workday for HR/Payroll

  Learn and adopt SAFE software development practices as part of our SDLC

  Understand and follow defined Workday best practices

  Ensure people data security, data privacy and data quality to be an important part of integration implementation

  Opportunity to gain experience, develop and test integrations within the Workday architecture

  Commercial & Marketing Technology

  In this role, you will be working with a team of enthusiastic members supporting our Salesforce and connected applications while provide technical solutions and guiding our business partners & end users with industry best practices, solution design, & creating long term value to our customers.

  Support S&P Global’s critical CRM system for continuous excellence in Commercial Operations.

  Work with end users, product owners, and development teams from our Order-to-cash tools, Salesforce, and Entitlements teams.

  Assist in creating comprehensive technical documents

  Effective execution of Month-end close process through collaboration with various stakeholder groups and mitigating impediments as necessary

  Build Knowledge Base articles, Playbooks, documentation

  Monitor user feedback and areas of concern

  Office of the CIO

  Automation engineers in Quality Assurance are responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing scripts that play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless and error-free release of software products to the market. As an integral member of an agile Scrum team, your role involves envisioning, refining, and making a commitment to develop automation scripts to bolster the existing framework. You will contribute by expanding our test suites and presenting completed stories to our stakeholders. Your focus will be on exploring innovative ways to improve both our products and processes. This entails becoming well-versed in our automation frameworks and actively participating in the analysis of any gaps in production quality.

  Collaborating with teammates during technical designs and planning

  Learn and adopt SAFE software development practices as part of our STLC

  Participate in team test coverage reviews and trainings

  Demo completed work to stakeholders

  Develop functionality to dissect and test world renowned SaaS platforms within multi-functional Agile team

  Build solutions architecture, algorithms, and designs for test suites that aid in assuring a high quality product release to market

  Collaborate with colleagues in design, product management, and test system architecture to develop solutions and give a whole new meaning to innovation

  Researching and evaluating proposed test system architectures to better evolve as a complete DevOps Engineer

  Working with pipelines and Testing tools connections to aid a smooth Continuous integration and continuous testing support to help solution delivery

  Document Test Cases and Test scenarios and evaluate them for being automatable to assure reasonable test paths coverage

  Suggest and evaluate novel AI based Automation platform to transition towards no code low code platforms.

  Finance Technology

  Salesforce QA Intern

  The Order to Cash team is responsible for the management and improvements of the Business Applications that drive S&P Global. Our team leads many internal applications from Salesforce, Order to Cash, Order Fulfillment, Reporting and Workflow tools.

  Develop automation/performance scripts that meet organization standards and build reliable, reusable, and maintainable automated regression suites & test harness for all Salesforce and Order to Cash related technologies

  Learnt to leverage tools and frameworks to build automation/performance scripts with quality code to simplify testing scenarios

  Learn from senior leaders and assist in their day-to-day operations in any capacity

  Design and develop test plans, test cases based upon functional and design specifications, execute test cases, and analyse and report test results to the teams

  Work in partnership with the development teams to deliver business functionality on time with required quality that meets the acceptance criteria

  Participate in internal/cross team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, technical reviews for assigned projects in an Agile environment

  Exposure of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices and experience in Agile methodology is highly desirable, performance testing tools like HP LoadRunner/Performance Center/StormRunner, JMeter, Qforce, Copado Robotics Testing

  What we’re looking for

  Third Year students who are working towards a B.Tech (CS/ IT) degree in Computer Science and Information Technology

  Knowledge in programming using Python/C#/Java or other languages and oops concepts

  Knowledge in any of database, SQL/PL-SQL, writing queries and RDBMS

  Knowledge of developing Test Plans and Test Cases, engage in Exploratory Testing, creating and maintaining Defect Reports

  Strong communication skills and ability to produce clear, concise and detailed documentation

  Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills

  Willing to work in 24*5 environment on rotational shifts
