　　Substation construction technician must demonstrate skill and knowledge for all phases of new construction and retrofit of substation and switchyard projects.

　　Candidate must have:

　　Prior verifiable low and medium voltage experience in the electrical trades.

　　Able to manage other disciplines including, civil, structural, and specialty testing scope.

　　Demonstrate the correct safety culture and

　　Pass the NFPA 70e requirements for qualified electrical worker.
