　　Currently ManTech is seeking a Subject Matter Expert III (Defense Industrial Base) to join our team supporting our growing Defense Sector and Marine Corps programs.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Provides extremely high-level subject matter expertise for work described in the task.

　　Provides advanced technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems which require doctorate level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.

　　Applies principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific TO requirements.

　　Provides advice on esoteric problems which require extensive knowledge of the subject matter.

　　Designs and prepares technical reports, studies, and related documentation, makes charts and graphs to record results, prepares and delivers presentations, training, and briefings as required by the TO.

　　Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Has extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.

　　May provide consultation on complex projects and is the top-level contributor/specialist. May lead and Provides Information specific feedback from multiple forums e.g., experiments, and working groups with regards to Information Forces, Activities, and Capabilities in support of Concept, Policy, and Doctrine development.

　　Supports concept, policy, and doctrine development.

　　Provides the potential strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of participation in, experiments, and working groups as it relates to organizational goals.

　　Maintain awareness and provide feedback of developments throughout specified life cycles to improve qualitatively and quantitively how information is integrated.

　　Provide feedback in the form of trip reports, meeting notes, read-outs, etc. following engagements for review by Branch leadership.

　　Position is routinely tasked to review and provide recommendations on officially tasked documents. direct the work of others. May report to an executive or director.

　　Experience

　　More than 12 years of experience in a scientific filed focusing on applied scientific research and research and development.Education

　　Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM field. Master’s degree in STEM field preferred.Security Clearance:

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

　　The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office.

　　The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
