Job DescriptionOverview:
Responsible for positioning FIS as an industry leader, leveraging domainexpertise, knowledge of FIS solutions and their influence in the market.Responsibilities include supporting sales activities with executive levelinteractions, providing a holistic view of the FIS strategy for thatindustry. Leveraging their network to identify opportunities and work with theproduct teams on changing market requirements. Support the sales team withinsights into the sales motion and buying behaviour of the client. Present theFIS strategy at industry events and promote FIS capabilities for theirindustry vertical to market influencers, consulting firms and partners.Assist with our GTM activities and the performance for that vertical in termsof pipeline generation and sales results.
Responsibilities:
Sales EngagementManaging the sales interlock with team(s) that support the specificindustry or industries. Supporting sales activity including attendingmeetings, qualifying deals, training sellers, presenting trends to C-suite.Business StrategyInterlock with Segment strategy team to ensure clients' and sellers' viewsare fully conveyed.Present the market's view to the strategy team.Solutions ManagementWorks very closely with the LoB solutions managersEnsures solutions meet market needs.Influence roadmap.Ensures alignment on market positioning / appetite.MarketingSupport the development of messaging and positioning. Collaborate on campaignstrategy and focus.Speak at industry and client events/conferences.Review lead generation from campaign/event and support the qualificationprocess.GTMCollaborate with the Growth team to prioritize and formulate complete GTMplan.Support relevant product launches, define the addressable market(s)where applicable.Sales EngineeringProvide "big picture" solution-based approach.Bring in presales after qualifying key opportunities - help coordinate acrossmultiple products / services to ensure single buying experience from clientperspective.
Experience required:
10+ years industry experience5+ years selling experienceStrong grasp of competitive landscape in the industryDeep relationships within key institutions in the industryProven track record of involvement in events / conferences/ articles / mediaAn understanding of FIS product and service offerings that are relevant in themarketExcellent communication and presentation skillsProven C-level engagement experienceAbility to create and shape market facing messaging and positioning.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting careeropportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-timeposition is $133,920.00 - $220,980.00 and reflects the minimum andmaximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the postedrole, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual startingpay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills,experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in worklocation will also impact actual individual starting pay.
