Job Description
Are you an experienced Senior Subcontracts Administrator-Lead with demonstrated experience in performing all aspects of the Subcontract Process including the drafting, negotiation, and modification of subcontracts, generation and issuance of RFPs, proposal evaluations, source selections, negotiations, file documentation, dispute resolution and subcontract close-out activities within a U.S. Federal Government CPSR Approved Procurement System? Analyze and evaluate customer issued proposal and contract Terms and Conditions/clauses to identify applicability and inclusion with Company issued RFPs and Awards.

A week in a life of a Subcontracts Administrator:
Draft Subcontracts and Subcontract modifications.
Negotiate Subcontract Terms and conditions.
Support actions required from subcontractors related to the pursuit of new business opportunities.
Develop source and solicit (RFIs/RFP’s) pricing/technical solution proposals.
Review, analyze and negotiate supplier proposed Terms and Conditions and Pricing submissions to determine source selection and fair and reasonableness determinations.
Compile, document and conduct award process to suppliers.
Conduct changes, modifications administration and closeout activities to awarded requirements.
Create Source Documentation Files and ensure compliance with Company Policies, Procedures and the CPSR Approved Procurement System.
Operate Company and Customer Electronic Systems and Software.
Perform Peer Reviews on co-worker generated documentation.
Analyze and evaluate contractual and performance risks associated with statements of work, single/sole source justification, and contract type.
Job Requirements
Ability to develop, negotiate and administer different subcontract types (FFP T&M,& Cost Plus and Hybrid) in accordance with Federal regulations and company policies/procedures.
Demonstrates ability to understand, apply and comply with Company Policies and Procedures, FAR(CPSR)/DFAR and Public Law requirements.
Strong negotiation skills.
Experience using various Price Analysis techniques.
Proficient with Microsoft Office software and Deltek Costpoint.
Bachelors Degree with minimum 5-10 years of related experience in subcontract administration and/or procurement in a government contractor environment. Will accept military MOS certification in lieu of college education. Will consider Time in Grade for any Procurement/Supply field .

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
