Title: Study Manager
Description: Summary of Position:
The Product & Consumer Sciences Lead Scientist in Human Subject Testing (HST) guides project learning by designing and implementing human subject testing study plans that efficiently and effectively address project needs. Provide consulting and education to product development partners and other testing teams on consumer/human testing methods. Focuses on project-specific testing plans.
Essential Functions
-Designs and executes studies aligned with business and project needs
-Evolve testing methods to meet product attribute and business questions
-Design and documents HST studies through test protocol
-Manages study execution with agencies and supporting functions
-Follows established processes to protect the rights and safety of study participants
-Contribute to composing interpretive reports
-Consult on study design with other internal testing teams
-Support or lead a continuous improvement opportunity for the team
Education
-Minimum: Bachelors degree in a science or engineering field
-Preferred: Bachelors or Advanced degree in Psychology or Social Science related major / discipline
Demonstrated equivalent experience may be substituted for education
Experience
-Minimum: 2-5+ years of work experience in research & development and project management
-Preferred: Specific experience designing and implementing consumer testing methods for product performance and/or consumer testing with track record of significant technical contributions
-Successful engagement in team-oriented environment to successfully deliver business results
