We are seeking a Studies Coordinator to join our Photoprotection - US Clinical & Instrumental Evaluation Intelligence Team. As a key member of the team, you'll coordinate and execute Suncare studies on regulated Over the Counter (OTC) products to ensure testing is conducted in accordance with local regulatory agencies for global regulatory compliance of company OTC products. In this function you will be working cross functionally with the Development Labs (Skin, Makeup, Application Domain), as well as safety and regulatory teams..

responsibilities:
Work closely with Photoprotection Evaluation Intelligence Team, to understand forecast and deadlines to ensure initiation of Suncare testing in a timely manner
Contact CROs to provide testing timelines, generate sample submissions, provide shipping details, track testing status
Regularly do the testing tracker, communicate testing results and studies status to internal partners
Work cross functionally to provide necessary documentations for the studies
Record the process and documents at Sharepoint, Milor and others internal system
Effectively communicate issues, risks within Photoprotection Evaluation Intelligence Team
Report results and review draft reports for finalization
Other administrative and routines duties as assigned
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Cosmetics-skin care, OTC product testing and/or on Clinical Research OR Health
Strong organizational skills, including ability to follow assignments through to completion
Experience coordinating product testing with outside vendors
Ability to work in a high paced environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work from multiple projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work in an inter-disciplinary and cross-function teams
Computer proficiency: Excel, Power-Point, Word, Outlook
Detail-oriented with demonstrated applications in problem solving
Experience with photoprotection products is a plus
Must be legally eligible to work in the US on an on-going basis
