This position will give overall support to the Global Workplace Projects MX department while working in different activities related with Visual Management, 5´s, Costumer Value, Performance Management and Office administration, also making sure the office infrastructure functional to use for all the activities related to Project Management.
Core Responsibilities
Project Management support
5´s activities related with the office supplies.
Support on reconditioning the office as well as visual management.
Satisfaction surveys
KPI filling support
Update documentation in SharePoint
Make sure all the phonebooths and meetings rooms are functional.

Education: Engineering - 6th semester and/or above
Proactive, responsible, and self-driven
Knowledge of Office tools
Good at working individually but also with a team
Good communication (written and oral) both in Spanish and English
