  ABOUT THE ROLE

  Develop and drive the Regional Projects/ Site Sourcing plans per the Annual Operation Plan and Strategic Plan. You will have site/ project responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost for your site, reduced Working capital via Negotiation planning and execution, High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering, and Sole/ Single Source elimination. You will manage Supplier Performance to support your commodity/category and/or region and ensure supply continuity. You will be managing several projects in a dynamic environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  Support Business for Sourcing scope needs for Projects (Pursuit and Execute) or Site

  Prepare Sourcing Plans for Project or site applying Sole source elimination, e-sourcing, Value Engineering, and High Growth region sourcing techniques

  Manage Supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process,

  Negotiation, Contracting, and supplier performance processes

  Work with Internal Sourcing, business, and other stakeholders for Procure to Payment process

  Improve Working Capital through Payment Terms extensions, Payment cycle optimization, Vendor Managed Inventories, Inventory, and Lead time reductions

  California candidates: The salary range for this position is $71,000 to $105,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

  U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

  Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

  MUST HAVE

  2+ years of experience in supply chain/procurement

  High school diploma or GED

  WE VALUE

  Bachelors Degree

  Negotiation Experience

  Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Tools

  Import/Export Knowledge

  Analytical Skills

  Experience in managing several projects in a dynamic site environment
