  Are you looking for an opportunity to work with global marketing teams to support market access activities and strategy execution? If so, this is the role for you.

  As Sales and Marketing Combined Professional you will be responsible for participating in the alignment and execution of the country commercial strategy by creating and implementing market access for products in a therapeutic area. You will also adapt and implement a marketing strategy to adapt global plans to achieve budgeted sales, profit and market share.

  This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  Lead the team of 2 Key Account Managers handling major Retail Chain Pharmacies and Tier 2 Retail Chain Pharmacies.Develop strategic partnership with Key stake holders of strategic partners.Identify opportunities & develop strategic programs within assigned channel (GSK and Account initiated) and development new potential partners.Manage digital initiatives of CTC towards partners.Why you?

  Basic Qualifications:

  We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Minimum 5-year experience in Sales and Trade Marketing (Ethical/Consumer) - preferably from a Multinational Company.Minimum 5-year experience of people management (Line Leader).Very good exposure (business model and key stakeholders) in Pharma Retail Chain Channels.College Graduate any 4-year course from a reputable University.Preferred Qualifications:

  Technical Skills:

  • Market Trend diagnosis

  • Sales Forecasting

  • Business Case analysis and excellent in articulation of plan

  • Presentation (internal and external customers)

  Behavioral Skills:

  • Influencer

  • Strategic

  • Analytical Thinker

  Tools Knowledge:

  • Excellent in Microsoft applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
