About Strategic Partner Development Senior Associate, Commerce, Global Partnerships

  This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

  Minimum qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  4 years of experience in business development, relationship management, and consultative promoting.

  3 years of experience in a commerce media or other advertising technology.

  Experience with agreement negotiation, enterprise promotion, and managing partner relationships.

  Preferred qualifications:

  Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.

  Understanding of the commerce media industry, key platforms and trends, and online advertising ecosystem.

  Ability to navigate through ambiguity and work with little or no guidance.

  Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt complex technical product aspects and develop data-driven recommendations and action plans.

  Excellent relationship-building skills at executive-level and with multiple stakeholders.

  As a Strategic Partner Development Senior Associate, Commerce, you will be part of a entrepreneurial team within the Sellside Americas organization focused on driving the North America business and you will be working closely with some of the largest and most strategic Commerce partners in the market. You will not only develop relationships with partner executives, but also work with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for adoption of the Google advertising and technical product suite.

  The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

  The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

  Manage our Strategic Partners in all levels across the organization with a focus on ad solutions and partner satisfaction. Manage and maximize business growth.

  Evaluate and prioritize opportunities from a strategic, financial and operational point of view while translating data into actionable strategies for partners.

  Forecast and report business growth and other key metrics, including tracking actual progress toward forecasts.

  Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including the leadership team.
