Job Overview
Personnel who can do both Master Data Maintainer and Store k ee per roles. The specific responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Storeman
Issues stock request from technicians/engineer s and monitors its replenishment
C omplete s stocks Goods R eceipt (GR) received from suppliers
Liais es with Suppliers, Purchasing Department, and engineers regarding PR /PO concerns
Always maintains effective stock control and e nsure s that m in /max stock thresholds are replenished in a timely manner
Monito rs stocks movement and prepares distribution report s to all area engineers
Support s and participate s in the Quarterly or Annual Physical Inventory
Generat es Physical Inventory Document (PID) and b lock s obsolete stocks in the system , if needed
Resolves key issues and queries from DCWI+ System, stocks batching and sorting, and r eturn transfers onto the computeri z ed stores/ purchasing system
Accounts consumable s and PPE stocks requisition thr ough COUPA s ystem
Master Data Maintainer
Creates material master records in SAP that will trigger transactions in the various modules of Materials Management (MM), Controlling (CO), and Financial Accounting (FA) for all stock items
Maintains the accounting view and extends material master records across all plants (Cavite and Pasig)
Modifies, updates, and changes material master records
Liaises and follows up with department end-users, clarifies purchasing concerns with vendors, modifies and updates materials data in the system based on evolving product changes
Assists the technical logistics department on the reception of stock materials, resolves material data description, and updates master data
Monitors material records for deletion by using proposal list as a result of scrapping and/or obsolescence.
Supports execution of SAP and user acceptance test runs and ensures smooth implementation of system transactions.
Qualifications:
Graduate of technical course
Experience in spare parts management
At least 1 year experience in the manufacturing / consumer goods industry
