Responsibilities The Storekeeper is responsible for keeping inventory (in accordance with par stock levels), receiving and maintaining a cleanly environment within the storeroom and refrigerated areas. Completes orders of supplies as scheduled and as needed. Additionally, serves as the front line contact for delivery and assesses, escalates and resolves any issues at the time of delivery. Qualifications Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to read, write and speak in English required Basic mathematic knowledge required Minimum Experience: One (1) year experience within the hospitality arena required. Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing controls, storage procedures and delivery protocol required. Required Certification/Registration: Physical Requirements: Work requires extensive standing and walking. Working Conditions: Environmental Demands and Exposure to Hazards: Works in a clean, well-lighted, heated or ventilated facility. No routine exposure to hazards. Physical Demands: Demonstrates physical and functional ability to perform full anatomical range of motion to accomplish tasks.
