Accurately manages personal cash drawer; opening,closing, and balancing. Adhere to all Salvation Army money handlingprocedures. Work to understand the Point of Sales system and completesales effectively and efficiently. Proficiency with the system should beobtained within 3 months of employment. Maintain a clean workenvironment at the cash register as well as the rest of the store. Thisincludes cleaning, straightening, hanging, and restocking as needed.Maintains a friendly demeanor, greeting our customers and asking if theyneed any assistance. Follow all Salvation Army policies regarding thesale of merchandise. Keep the floor stocked and put new merchandise out.Work to meet the production goals for the store each day as needed.
