  Our Store Managers:

  Have the opportunity to work a 5-day work week with only 1 closing per week. No more working 7+ days in a row!

  Operate stores on a schedule of 9am-8pm Monday-Saturday and 11am-7pm on Sunday!

  No overnight work doing inventory or merchandise moves!

  The opportunity to have most Sundays off!

  One weekend off a month!

  No mass weekly signage changes!

  Flexible schedules beneficial for working parents and students!

  As a Store Manager for Goodwill, you will lead and develop a team to achieve exceptional results with our Mission as the driving force.

  Driving a high-performance culture by leading a team of 20-45 individuals

  Cultivating a customer-centric and engaged team that grows sales.

  Creating a welcoming experience for customers by interacting, solving concerns, and improving the customer's day.

  Recruiting, hiring, and retaining a passionate and customer-service-focused team.

  Serving as a coach and mentor to your team associates with the ability to enhance their skills and capabilities.

  Your Qualifications:

  You are an experienced manager with a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 to 5 years of restaurant or retail leadership experience, and a minimum of 1-year supervisory experience.

  Strong written and oral communication skills and a strong business acumen can lead, manage conflict, and hold others accountable.

  You can handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
