　　Assist Patients with bathing, shampooing, shaving, and oral hygienePlans and prepares normal and modified mealsAssists with activities of daily livingPatient Medication remindersAssists with range of motionFollows assignments as instructed by the plan of careHomemaking services:Buys, prepares, and serves mealsPerforms routine housekeepingtasks for the patient only. This may include but is not limited to dusting, cleaning floors, mopping, washing dishes, maintaining clean bathroom, bedroom, living room, and kitchen areas. Laundry ErrandsAll Homemakers with the exception of those with STNA licenses must complete written and skills testingPersonal Care Aide's/Homemakers must meet one of the following criteria:OBRA certification including evidence of being current on the registry.Medicare competency training with evidence of not having had a lapse of employment as an Aide in a Twenty-four-month period.Sixty-hour training course for Personal Care Aides. Twenty-hour training course for Homemakers. Which includes successful evidence of written testing and skills testing which includes evidence of return demonstration.60-hour training course evidence must include:Training site informationDate of trainingNumber of hours Instruction materialsSubjects covered
