If you are looking to get your foot in the door at a company to learn more about the steel industry, this is a great opportunity. We are hiring for an inventory lead (Logistics Lead) to start immediately. 

　　Our Steel Yard Inventory Lead will be at our shop in North Phoenix. 

　　Requirements:

　　Ability to pass background check and drug screen

　　Ability to work outside in the heat

　　Ability to stand most of the shift

　　Ability to lift over 50 lbs.

　　Be able to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and execute these tasks while maintaining positive interpersonal interactions.

　　Willingness to learn

　　Reliable transportation to arrive to the job on time.

　　Duties include, but not limited to:

　　·         Coordinate Incoming deliveries.

　　·         Manage material on job racks and free inventory racks.

　　·         Manage material handling teams.

　　·         Keep material moving to support Fabrication.

　　·         Coordinate, stage, and load for shipping.

　　·         Able to safely operate multiple types of forklifts.

　　·         Attend fabrication shop management and coordination meetings.

　　·         Read a tape measure.

　　·         Lead, Manage, and hold direct reports accountable to policies, processes, and safety protocols.

　　·         Maintain materials compliance in accordance with City of Phoenix Certified Fabricator requirements.
