How you’ll spend your day
HRBP (Supporting Commercial Leadership):
Collaborates with Commercial Leadership team and people managers to execute defined and shared business strategy plans.
Designs, implements and monitors a variety of HR programs.
Accountable for all ''hire to retire" lifecycle of employees
Supports Managers in external & internal recruiting & mobility processes.
Partner with various local teams such as the Total Rewards, People Services, Facility and more, in order to maintain and improve employees and managers experience.
Works on HR initiatives that will have impact across the site - communications channels, learning initiatives, etc.
Supports Commercial leadership in the improvement of effective performance management, recognizing and rewarding processes and performance to ensure best results are maintained.
Develops the local implementation of new/annual global and regional HR programs.
Ensures compliance with labor laws and local government regulations.
Leadership Development Leader:
Develop and implement leadership development strategy for the organization
Manage leadership development programs for talents
Design and deliver trainings, workshops, master-classes
Talent Acquisition Leader:
Leads the RPO strategy and activities
Building talent capability of internal and external resources, via internal and external pipelines
Identify the right talent supporting the current and future needs of the company
Creating a process of career opportunities within Teva clear for external and internal candidates
Your experience and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
A minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development.
Experience as an HR partner supporting a business group.
Passion for working with people and for Doing – Diligence spirit.
Excellent interpersonal skills .
Ability to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical or medical device industry a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
