  Role Background

  The ETF Capital Markets Analyst will be responsible for supporting our business development efforts with liquidity providers and exchanges. More specifically, this individual will help drive support for SPDR ETFs in the form of liquidity provision and distribution by leveraging our industry relationships. This role will support senior members of the SPDR ETF Capital Markets Group and take the lead on all reporting related to partner activities and growth.

  Job functions

  Support the Capital Markets Group's strategic business development work with broker dealers and exchanges, through responsibilities such as:

  Assist senior members of team in relationship management of Tier 1 and 2 partners - engaging with issuer relationship managers, ETF / portfolio, delta one, securities financing, and fixed income sales and trading desksAssist in seeking support and collaboration from our partners across various facets: new product launches, liquidity provision, distribution / client events, market structure and regulatory matters impacting ETF liquidityDevelop reporting on partnership priorities, activities, and economicsAssist in projects and working groups, both internal and external, involving the Capital Markets Group

  About you

  Bachelor's degree from premier college or university, all areas of focus consideredPrior internship experience in capital markets or ETF industry preferredBasic knowledge of equity or FICC sell side markets businessesHighly motivated self-starterEnthusiasm for the industry, a positive attitude, and a drive to succeedExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to work with large datasetsStrong critical thinking skills with ability to frame business issues and apply data analysis to support strategic decision-makingAbility to learn quickly and demonstrate industry and product knowledgeAbility to build relationships within our team, across our organization, and with our clientsStrong aptitude for multi-tasking and producing required reports within short timelines.

  Salary Range:

  $80,000 - $125,000 Annual

  The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
