Posting Summary
Provide administrative support for the UVM Clinical Simulation Laboratory ( CSL ) Standardized Patient Program including entering payroll and conducting on-boarding functions related to patients. Responsible for invoicing and receiving payment from internal constituents. Generate exam grades and provide reports.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate’s degree with one to three years of related experience required. Working knowledge of software applications used to support administrative functions and familiarity with Internet resources required. Experience with statistical software and spreadsheet applications required. Effective communication, organizational and analytical skills required. Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in a clinical setting preferred. Knowledge of PeopleSoft desirable.
Other Information
Flexible Schedule as Required. Ability to work evening/weekends and shift daily work schedule as needed.
Special Conditions Bargaining unit position, External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position

Payband Min (Represents full-time (12 months, 1.0 FTE) equivalent salary. Must be prorated for jobs less than 12 months or 1.0FTE (Salary/12 x # of months x FTE)) 16.84
