　　Architectural definition and changes w.r.t. StdCell libraries in various technologies in line with Design Flows.

　　Understanding of deep submicron device physics in order to account for these non-ideal effects during cell design and PDK performance analysis.

　　Should have worked on Standard cells libraries especially deep Submicron, FinFET and SOI. Exposure to chip-level scenarios is a plus.

　　Take ownership for the improvement/development of circuits and Characterization of StdCell libraries.

　　Implement innovative solutions in the StdCell domain which are in line with GlobalFoundrie’s business needs.

　　Characterization experience with different industry standard tools (Experience of generating NLDM, CCS, ECSM views with validation). Development experience of Characterization Methodology is a certain plus.

　　Industry standard flow methodology development experience is a certain plus.

　　Works towards the innovation/ideas.

　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　Should fit in an industrial development environment where a combination of project-driven and innovation activities generate transferable results for our business.

　　Should be flexible and team player.

　　Very analytical in nature and able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.

　　Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a high level of personal involvement.

　　Strong theoretical background with a pragmatic approach.

　　Good communication skills and fluent in English.

　　Scripting – Perl/Tcl/Python knowledge is a plus.

　　Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Relevant working experience between 15-20 Years in preferably digital StdCell library development.

　　Education MS/M-Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 10 years of relevant Experience PhD (Electronics/Electrical/VLSI etc. with 6 years of relevant Experience)

　　Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

　　Good interpersonal skill

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Understanding of deep submicron device physics

　　Characterization experience with different industry standard tools

　　Flow development

　　Good circuit debugging skill in needed

　　Skill, Perl, Tcl, Python Programming is a certain plus
