Super Soccer Stars is looking to hire a full-time Staffing Coordinator to join our team in NYC!
This role will be working in the office Tuesday through Saturday. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children, athletics, and working with the community. As the Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling of coaches, communicating general updates, and problem-solving as needed.

Day to day operations:
Assist with incoming calls and emails from coaches
Identify and assist with daily, weekly, and seasonal scheduling of coaches using our web-based staffing system
Communicate with coaches regarding any additional information about their schedule
Ensure all classes are fully staffed to Youth Athletes United standards and maintain coach consistency
Ensure all classes are properly staffed to maintain a child/coach ratio
Report any daily changes, issues, and concerns and provide the reports to the appropriate department
Schedule coaches based on meeting certain criteria for the classes
Communicate any discrepancies regarding the coach's schedule to the appropriate department
Ensure that all requests for time off and/or sick leave are recorded and processed
Perform related duties as required and assigned by the Operation Coordinator
Schedule:
This role will be working in the office Tuesday through Saturday.
(Hours are subject to change season over season and days might start earlier/later. However, it is imperative to have early hours availability and a proper commute to ensure that.)
Requirements
In office Tuesdays - Fridays (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM) & Saturdays (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Personable, hard-working, outgoing, and energetic
Posses personal initiative and the ability to problem-solve
Ability to work independently and proactively on projects and responsibilities
Organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively with cross-functional teams
High school diploma or equivalent
Benefits
Pay: $18-$20 hourly
