You’ll play a crucial role in our cutting-edge technology projects, which encompass cloud native development, digital architecture, automation, AI, and machine learning, leveraging platforms such as Salesforce, AWS, and Microsoft. You’ll lead in determining specifications, designing, and developing business-critical software solutions, and employing best software engineering processes.

About the Role:
Utilize expert industry knowledge and technical expertise to drive outcomes for customers by designing systems and software integration patterns aligned with engineering goals and business initiatives.
Apply independent critical thinking to solve complex problems, lead in technical expertise, and identify and define development frameworks and libraries to enhance the product.
Coordinate system design and integration, provide technical expertise in collaboration sessions, and contribute to product planning and implementation.
Establish best practices within the engineering community, share standards across teams, and promote the use of CI/CD pipeline for improved deployment processes.
Build the companies brand in the tech community, participate in the interview process, and play a role in recruiting top talent to the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of experience in engineering environments, with a track record of translating abstract concepts into detailed software engineering plans for successful delivery.
Proficiency in Java, Springboot, Kafka, GraphQL, DynamoDB, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven experience in architecting software solutions with a focus on meeting performance SLOs, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security.
Strong understanding of data and system integration patterns and technologies.
Proficiency in managing large-scale projects and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences through both written and verbal communication.
