　　Our client's healthcare company in Central Phoenix is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role and presents an opportunity for individuals ready to take the next step in their career. 　　Responsibilities

　　Complete account reconciliations and prepare journal entries for multiple subsidiaries.

　　Perform financial statement analysis and generate daily cash reports for management.

　　Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

　　Assist with month, quarter, and year-end close processes.

　　Amortize prepaid and accruals in accordance with accounting principles.

　　Maintain Fixed Assets records and ensure accurate depreciation schedules.

　　Assist in managing auto and rent leases, including documentation and compliance.

　　Support accounts payable functions as needed.

　　Provide supporting documentation and assistance to auditors during audit processes.

　　Positively represent the financial department in all internal customer service interactions.

　　Contribute to the implementation process aimed at creating accounting efficiencies.

　　Perform other duties as assigned by the finance manager.
