Staff Accountant - Fund and Corporate Accounting

As we continue to expand, we areseeking a talented Staff Accountant to support our finance department.
Responsibilities:
Perform fund accounting activities, including preparing journal entries,reconciling accounts, and analyzing investment transactions.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliancewith GAAP and relevant accounting standards.
Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data, investigatevariances, and propose solutions for discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring adherenceto internal controls and procedures.
Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve accountingprocesses and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on fundaccounting and/or corporate accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and advanced MSExcel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye fordetail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with theability to collaborate across teams.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.
