　　Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Facilities person with a multi-faceted skill set to join our team.

　　What you will be doing:

　　Performs a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of building and grounds, including carpentry, electrical and plumbing.

　　Basic repairs, including carpentry, plumbing and electrical.

　　Provides facilities and maintenance labor and technical support to all areas of the site structure, equipment and grounds.

　　Works with manufacturing and process engineering utilizing blueprints, drawings or rough sketches.

　　Support facility/production daily scheduled and non-scheduled work order related activities.

　　Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance.

　　The skills and experience you need:

　　High school diploma/GED preferred.

　　2 years of light industrial electrical experience required

　　2 years of plumbing/sewer experience required

　　Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with all company policies.

　　Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to write clear statements; ability to communicate orally.

　　Must be able to do physical labor and operate power equipment, such as forklifts and boom lifts.

　　Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

　　Ability to demonstrate professionalism.

　　Must be able to professionally work with outside vendors.

　　Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team.

　　Strong attention to detail and capacity to take direction.

　　Must have their own tools.
