Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Glen Allen, Virginia, United States. The chosen candidate will be involved in a range of accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, performing general ledger duties, and handling journal entries. The role also requires knowledge of various software including NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and up-to-date

• Prepare and process regular journal entries

• Ensure the timely completion of month-end close activities

• Utilize NetSuite for various accounting tasks and data management

• Use Oracle to manage and track financial data

• Leverage QuickBooks for accounting tasks and financial management

• Utilize SAP for various accounting and financial tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Demonstrated experience in Bank Reconciliations

• Proven ability to handle General Ledger responsibilities

• Skilled in creating and managing Journal Entries

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Familiarity with NetSuite accounting software

• Knowledge of Oracle financial software

• Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software

• Experience with SAP financial software
