Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant in Macedonia, Ohio. Renowned in the Accounting industry, our team is seeking a meticulous individual to handle customer applications, maintain customer records, and resolve customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

• Accurately processing customer credit applications.

• Maintaining precise customer credit records.

• Timely communication with customers to collect past due balances.

• Assisting in the improvement of processes that impact the financial statements.

• Collaborating with manufacturing sites and corporate departments.

• Aiding in monthly reporting procedures.

• Preparing financial information for external accountants and auditors.

• Conducting daily and weekly cash flow reporting.

• Utilizing skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Month End Close, SAP, Financial Analysis, MRP ERP System, and Major ERP System. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Demonstrated experience with bank reconciliations.

• Solid understanding of the General Ledger and Journal Entries.

• Skilled in performing Month End Close procedures.

• Proficiency in using SAP for accounting tasks.

• Strong ability to perform Financial Analysis.

• Experience with MRP ERP System.

• Familiarity with Major ERP System.

• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ethical conduct and adherence to financial laws and guidelines.
