Description We are in the search for a Staff Accountant to join our team in the Telecom Services industry, situated in ENGLEWOOD, Colorado, United States. As a Staff Accountant, you will be pivotal in maintaining our financial records accurately, processing applications from customers, and resolving any queries they may have. Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Accurately maintain financial records as a critical part of your role

• Handle customer inquiries effectively and efficiently

• Process applications from customers with precision and speed

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when required

• Utilize your skills in Journal Entries to keep our financial books up-to-date and accurate. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Accountant or in a relevant field.

• Strong knowledge and experience in preparing and reviewing journal entries is required.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is needed.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is essential.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify numerical errors.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience in the Telecom Services industry is preferred but not required.
