　　Your Role and Responsibilities:

　　Comprehensive Accounting Cycle Management: You'll take charge of the entire accounting process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in tasks such as accounts payable and financial statement preparation.

　　Financial Reporting and Analysis: Produce detailed, monthly financial statements and closed job reports, contributing to the company’s financial transparency and strategic planning.

　　Budget and Credit Line Management: Play a pivotal role in managing the company’s lines of credit and participating in annual budget preparations.

　　General Ledger Expertise: You’ll be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts, ensuring the financial data’s integrity.

　　Effective Communication: Liaise with external CPA firms on tax and accounting matters, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.

　　Technology Proficiency: Utilize Sage for accounting operations and exhibit strong skills in Microsoft Office suite.

　　A professional with a college degree in accounting or finance is preferred, but not mandatory.

　　Someone with a solid background in general ledger and journal entry management.

　　An individual with keen analytical abilities, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
