Description

　　A well established and growing company in Monmouth County seeks a Staff Accountant to handle the below responsibilities. This position will be in office two days per week and will manage one employee.

　　Accounts receivable.

　　Payroll tax reporting.

　　Journal entries.

　　Accruals.

　　Accounts payable.

　　Department Store chargeback resolution.

　　Import costing.

　　Bank reconciliation and cash management.

　　Credit risk management.

　　Inventory control.

　　Month-end/Year-end fast close.

　　Headquarter reporting.

　　Sales Tax Reporting.

　　Weekly Sales Reporting.

　　Coordinate tax process with accountant.

　　Documentation and implementation of accounting policy and procedures.

　　Credit Card payment application.

　　Cash Management.

　　Track work hours for hourly employees.

　　Perform semi-monthly payroll run.

　　Maintain compensation files.

　　Cost accounting.

　　Requirements
