Description

　　One of our clients in the Hayward area is looking for a staff Accountant for a contract to permanent placement opportunity.

　　Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable and payable data.

　　Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.

　　Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

　　Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

　　Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

　　Support month-end and year-end close processes.

　　Maintain financial security by following internal controls.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

　　Proven experience as a staff accountant or relevant role.

　　Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.

　　Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

　　Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

　　Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
