This Staff Accountant role's duties will require preparing journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation. This role is for someone who wants to perform internal reporting during the monthly close, participate in compliance, interact with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and review schedules reporting processes. 　　Your responsibilities

　　Ad hoc reporting and performing special projects upon request

　　Organize and review a variety of financial data, reporting it in a way that is useful and understandable

　　Produce journal entries and perform the month end close under minimal supervision

　　Maintain depreciation, fixed asset ledgers, and reconciliation

　　Assist with the month end, quarter end and year end closing process by preparing monthly financial close workbooks

　　Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls. Also ensure that accounting procedures comply with GAAP

　　Regular maintenance and reconciliation of journal entries

　　Partake in various department-wide initiatives

　　Produce analyses for monthly balance sheets and income statements for reporting by management

　　Assemble journal entries and thorough account reconciliations that include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll

　　Handle intercompany transactions, billings, and reconciliation

　　Thorough experience with month end balance sheet account reconciliations

　　Organize schedules for monthly payments and capital lease Requirements - Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment

　　Notable analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Internal audit experience

　　Month-end Close Activities experience

　　General ledger experience

　　Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

　　High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　2+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience

　　Vow to meet business deadlines

　　Efficient in ERP systems

　　Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision

　　Fully formed organizational, written and verbal communication skills
