Job Description:

　　Perform refund, lockbox, and bank account reconciliations

　　Prepare and record bi-weekly payroll journal entries and generate reports

　　Prepare monthly financial statement packages and invoices to clients for billing

　　Review GL accounts for posting errors and make appropriate journal entries as needed to adjust accounts

　　Perform allocation of benefit expenses and reconcile benefit provider invoices

　　Analyze financial data and assist in the preparation of reports

　　Gather and prepare necessary information for audits and operating budgets

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Job degree in Accounting required

　　1-2 years of accounting experience

　　Strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and work ethic

　　Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
