　　RESPONSIBILITES

　　Prepare day-to-day accounting entries and assist in the monthly closing process.Perform posting to the General Ledger.Prepare reconciliations for General Ledger accounts.Process and review timesheets and payroll transactions.Process accounts payable, travel expense, and purchase order vouchers.Track outstanding accounts receivable and follow up with customers about past due invoices.Prepare information for state, local, and federal taxing authorities, or other government agencies as required.Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures.Communicate in an effective, ethical, and professional manner with company, vendor, and customer personnel.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS

　　Three (3) years of accounting/finance experience required with emphasis on billing and support of all billing related functions, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.Three (3) years of accounting experience within a federal government contracting environment required, with a working knowledge of Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Time and Material (TandM) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contractual requirements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to work independently and effectively manage time to accomplish goals in a time-sensitive environment.Must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe PDF required.Experience with Deltek Costpoint system preferred.EDUCATION
