　　Staff Accountant candidates will be interested in Robert Half's full-time opportunity with an innovative company. Are you driven by a challenging work environment with many components? Candidates who can prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation, will be preferred for this Staff Accountant position. In this role, you will perform internal reporting during the monthly close, participate in compliance, interact with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and review schedules reporting processes. 　　Major responsibilities

　　Compose analyses for income statements and monthly balance sheets for management reporting

　　Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation

　　Take part in performing the month end close and producing journal entries under minimal supervision

　　Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations which include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll

　　Assist in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process including monthly financial close workbook preparation

　　In-depth experience with month end balance sheet account reconciliations

　　Analyze and coordinate a variety of financial data, and report it in a useful and understandable manner

　　Maintain fixed asset ledgers, depreciation, and reconciliation

　　Ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as requested

　　Implement, maintain, and adhere to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP

　　Requirements - Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　Recent and relevant accounting experience

　　Mature organizational, written and verbal communication skills

　　Vow to meet business deadlines

　　Spreadsheet and database capabilities

　　The ideal candidate will be highly-skilled with exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　Self-starter and strong ethical standards

　　Accounts Receivable (AR) experience required

　　General ledger experience preferred

　　Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Proficiency in Posting Journal Entries

　　Proficient in ERP systems
